Do you use our plates and cutlery?

No, we are fully self-sufficient. Savva & Serve provides everything required for your dining experience, from premium crockery and cutlery to all necessary serving ware. You won’t need to worry about the washing up either; we take care of everything.
 

Where do you prepare the food? Do you cook it all in our home?

The vast majority of the preparation is done beforehand in a dedicated, professional kitchen separate from my home. I will typically arrive at your venue roughly one hour prior to your service time to set up and complete any minimal, light preparation needed to ensure the food is served perfectly fresh.
 

What is your maximum guest capacity?

For our bespoke private dining experiences, we are currently structured to cater for a maximum of 12 guests to maintain the highest standard of service. However, for receptions, canapé events, and buffet-style catering, our capacity is much higher—we can comfortably accommodate up to 70 guests.
 

What if we don’t like one of the dishes on the menu?

That is no problem at all. Your dining experience should be exactly what you want. If a dish on the menu doesn't quite suit your tastes, we will work together to find an alternative. I will happily provide a few tailored recommendations based on your personal preferences to ensure you love every single course.
 

How far will you travel?

Savva & Serve is based in North Wales. Our standard travel radius spans from Anglesey across to Shropshire and the surrounding areas. If your event falls slightly outside of this region, please feel free to reach out and we can discuss availability.
